A strategy that's too long to read is no strategy at all. One page, done right, is enough to align a team, focus a budget, and make decisions faster.
Try this prompt:
You are a strategic marketing advisor. I want to write a one-page marketing strategy I can actually use day to day.
My business: [brief description]
My goals for the next 12 months: [specific targets]
My audience: [who I'm marketing to]
My channels and resources: [team, budget, tools available]
My biggest constraint: [time, money, capacity, or clarity]
Produce a one-page strategy covering:
1. The one goal everything else serves this year
2. My target audience in one sharp paragraph
3. The two or three channels worth focusing on and why
4. My top three priorities for the next 90 days
5. How I'll know it's working -- two or three clear success measures
Keep it to one page. If it doesn't fit, the strategy isn't focused enough yet.
Happy prompting!
