A useful report separates four things: the data, the summary, the insight, and the recommendation. This makes it clear what the numbers prove, what you are inferring, and what you should test next.

ChatGPT can turn a spreadsheet full of metrics into a clear plan without blurring facts and assumptions together.

Try this prompt:

You are a senior marketing analyst. Analyze the performance data below and turn it into clear, evidence-based recommendations.

Context:
- Marketing activity: [campaign, channel or reporting period]
- Goals: [what you were trying to achieve]
- Targets or benchmarks: [include if available]
- Comparison period: [previous week, month, campaign, etc.]
- Known context: [launches, budget changes, tracking issues or market changes]
- Performance data: [paste your data]

Structure your analysis in four sections:

1. DATA
Check the data for missing information, inconsistent definitions or anything that could affect the analysis. Then state the most important changes without interpreting them.

2. SUMMARY
Explain what happened in plain language. Focus on the results that matter most to the stated goals.

3. INSIGHTS
Explain what may have contributed to the results. Separate evidence-backed conclusions from hypotheses and give each insight a confidence rating.

4. RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommend the three highest-priority actions. Tie each action to a specific finding and explain how its impact should be measured.

Do not claim causation unless the data supports it. If important context is missing, flag it instead of filling the gap with assumptions.

Happy prompting!

An entire ad agency in the palm of your hand.

Your next campaign needs a dozen fresh ad variations by Friday. Your agency quotes two weeks and a five-figure invoice. Your in-house designers are already buried under this quarter's requests.

Hightouch Ad Studio fixes that. It reads your brand guidelines, your best-performing creative, and your product catalog, then generates on-brand ads your team can ship the same afternoon. You review and approve every asset before it goes live, so quality holds.

Growth teams use it to build variations for every audience, test more of them, and stop rationing creative because production got expensive. The work that once needed a full agency retainer now runs inside your own workflow, at your pace and under your direction.

You direct the work while Ad Studio handles production, and your designers get their week back.
