Here's my marketing copy:
[PASTE YOUR ACTUAL COPY HERE]

React to this message as Sarah would:
1. What's your immediate reaction?
2. Which parts grab your attention vs. lose you?
3. What feels unclear, weak, or off-putting?
4. Would you take the desired action? Why or why not?
5. What would make this more compelling for someone like you?

Be brutally honest about what works and what doesn't.

Run this same prompt for each of your key personas. You'll spot messaging gaps, weak points, and copy that only appeals to one segment.

Use the feedback to sharpen your message before you launch.
