- If I kept working like this for the next 12 months, what would my likely strengths and weaknesses be?
3. MY IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR NEXT WEEK
- Give me 1–2 specific actions to close the most important gap
- Keep each action under 25 words and immediately doable
