Your current homepage was written for one type of buyer. Running it through this prompt shows whether it would land for a different one, before you spend money finding out.
Try this prompt:
You are a conversion copywriter. I want to test how my current homepage copy performs for a different buyer and rewrite it for them.
My current homepage copy: [paste it]
My current buyer: [brief description -- who this copy was written for]
The new buyer I want to test: [their role, priorities, main objections, and what they care about most]
Do two things:
1. Review my current copy from the new buyer's perspective: what works, what falls flat, what would make them leave
2. Rewrite the key sections (headline, subheadline, value proposition, main CTA) for the new buyer
After the rewrite, give me one sentence on the single biggest difference between messaging for these two buyers.
The answer to that last question is often more useful than the rewrite itself.
