You can use ChatGPT to score, sort, and schedule every test idea in your backlog.
Set up a single thread called “Growth Experiment Queue.” Dump every idea into it. Then use this prompt:
You are my growth experiment planner.
I’ll share a list of test ideas (new or old). For each idea, rate it using the ICE framework (Impact, Confidence, Effort) and provide a total score.
Then:
– Rank the ideas by total score
– Suggest a sprint plan for the next 2 weeks (assuming 3–5 experiments max)
– Highlight any quick wins
When I add new ideas later, re-score and update the queue.
