“Customers keep asking for this” is worth listening to. It is also worth unpacking.
The request may come from several independent deals, one large account or the same conversation repeated in three meetings. It may matter mainly to buyers outside your target segment.
Without that context, a memorable story can carry more weight than the evidence supports.
Sales feedback becomes more useful when it includes the buying situation: who raised the issue, the stage of the deal, what they were trying to achieve and whether it affected the decision.
ChatGPT can organize those details across notes while preserving the original evidence:
Analyze these sales notes for implications for [positioning, content or campaign decision]: [attach].
Target customer and current strategy: [details].
Group feedback by customer segment, deal stage and underlying concern. Keep separate deals distinct and identify possible repeated accounts of the same conversation.
For each pattern, show the supporting passages, number of identifiable independent deals and any contradictory evidence. Mark missing context.
Separate product requests, objections, misunderstandings and buying triggers. Suggest whether each calls for investigation, a clearer explanation or a possible strategic review.
Do not discard a single important deal just because it is only one example. Assess its relevance and consequence, while keeping its evidential weight clear.
The goal is to make sales experience easier to use without letting the loudest story automatically become the next campaign brief.
Happy prompting!
The AI notetaker that gets the hard words right
Your AI is only as good as what you feed it. Feed it a transcript with your product names, acronyms, and numbers spelled wrong, and you spend the afternoon hand-fixing the output.
Wispr Flow Notetaker uses your dictionary and calendar, so product names, acronyms, numbers, and uncommon names come out spelled right. It pops up when your meeting starts and captures Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and Slack huddles with one click, no bot joining the call.
Then your meetings show up inside Claude or ChatGPT through the built-in connector. No copy paste. Try Notetaker free on Mac and Windows.
