Most service businesses grow by doing more. The smarter move is doing less, better, and the data to make that call is already in front of you.
Try this prompt:
You are a strategic business advisor. I want to identify which of my services is worth prioritising for growth.
My services:
[List each one with: what it is, typical price, number of active clients, margin, client satisfaction, and effort to deliver]
My business goals: [what you're trying to achieve in the next 12 months]
Analyse each service across four dimensions: profitability, scalability, client fit, and strategic alignment. Then give me:
1. A clear recommendation on which service to double down on
2. The two or three strongest reasons why
3. What I should consider winding back or stopping to make room
The answer is usually obvious in hindsight. This prompt gets you there in 20 minutes.
Happy prompting!
P.S. If this kind of strategic clarity is what you're after, the Strategic Marketing Plan Playbook was built for it.
