A quarter is too short to do ten things well. The discipline is in choosing three and going all in.

Three focused bets, executed well, will outperform ten half-hearted ones every time.

Try this prompt:

You are a strategic marketing advisor. I want to identify the three marketing bets worth making this quarter.

My goals for the quarter: [specific targets]
My current channels and activities: [what you're doing now]
Team capacity: [headcount and roughly how much time is available]
Budget: [approximate]
What's worked recently: [your strongest results in the last 90 days]
What hasn't: [what you've tried that didn't deliver]

Recommend three focused bets for the quarter. For each:
1. What it is and why it's worth prioritising
2. What success looks like at the end of 90 days
3. What you'd need to stop or reduce to make room for it

Happy prompting!

P.S. If you're ready to think more strategically about where to focus, the Strategic Marketing Plan Playbook has everything you need.
