When you upload a campaign, brief, plan or piece of copy, ChatGPT's easiest move is to improve the wording. That can leave you with a cleaner version of the same weak idea.

A senior review should go further. It should test the objective, audience, insight, offer, message, evidence, channel choice and next step. It should also distinguish between a serious strategic issue and a subjective preference.

Use this prompt before you ask for revisions:

Act as a senior marketing director reviewing work from an experienced marketer.

The deliverable:
[Paste or attach]

The brief or objective:
[Paste]

Audience:
[Describe]

Business context and constraints:
[Add context]

Do not rewrite the work yet.

Review it in this order:
1. Does it solve the problem in the brief?
2. Is the audience definition specific enough to guide the work?
3. Is there a clear insight or strategic choice?
4. Does the offer or recommendation follow from that insight?
5. Is the message clear, credible and properly prioritized?
6. Is the proof strong enough for the claims?
7. Does the format suit the channel and decision required?
8. What is strong and should not be changed?

Separate your feedback into:
- Critical: likely to weaken the result.
- Important: worth improving before launch.
- Optional: subjective refinements.

For every point, quote or reference the exact part of the work, explain the consequence and recommend the smallest useful change.

Finish with the three questions a senior reviewer would ask me before approving it. Wait for my answers before rewriting anything.

Better feedback does not create more changes. It helps you change the right things.

Happy prompting!

Stop losing deals you should be winning.

Bad leads. Slow deals. Objections you didn't see coming.

That's not a sales problem. You're selling to the wrong people.

Most founders never stop to define exactly who their product is actually for. So they pitch everyone, convert few, and wonder why the funnel's broken.
