For each competitor, include:
- Their positioning and likely target customer
- Where we are meaningfully different
- Approved proof points, with source references
- Common objections and concise response guidance
- Discovery questions that reveal whether we are the better fit
- Situations where they may be a better fit

Add a comparison view across all competitors.
Clearly label evidence, inference and claims that still need verification. Use neutral language. Do not invent facts or make unsupported claims.
