By the time a client churns, the signals were there for weeks.
A simple scorecard run across your client list tells you who needs attention before it becomes urgent.
Try this prompt:
You are a client success strategist. I want to build a health scorecard I can run across my client list to identify who's at risk and who's thriving.
My business type: [brief description]
What a healthy client relationship looks like: [e.g. responsive, pays on time, clear on goals, sees results]
What an at-risk client typically looks like: [e.g. slow to respond, questions value, scope creep]
Build a scored framework with:
1. Five to seven criteria that indicate client health
2. A red/amber/green rating for each
3. A scoring guide I can apply to every client in under 5 minutes
4. The one leading indicator I should watch most closely
Run it across your full list once a quarter. You'll rarely be caught off guard by a churn again.
Happy prompting!
