Most people think "advanced prompting" means complex instructions, weird symbols, and multi-paragraph setups.

That's just noise.

The best prompts follow a dead-simple framework:

Role. Goal. Process.

Every effective prompt needs these three pieces — nothing more, nothing less.

You are [ROLE].
Your goal: [GOAL].
Follow this process:
[PROCESS - numbered steps]

Example:

You are a senior content strategist.
Your goal: Build a 30-day LinkedIn content plan that balances thought leadership, tips, and behind-the-scenes posts.
Follow this process:
1. Generate 30 content ideas across these three categories
2. Map them into a calendar with optimal posting days
3. Draft captions and suggest image types for each post

This framework works for competitor analysis, campaign planning, content creation, customer research, basically anything.

Role gives ChatGPT expertise. Goal provides direction. Process ensures useful output.

Skip the prompt engineering rabbit holes. Master this one structure instead.

Happy prompting!
