You've got the metrics. The charts. The spreadsheet that proves your campaign worked.

But when you present it, people nod politely and move on.

The problem isn't your data. It's that numbers don't persuade on their own. Stories do.

ChatGPT can bridge the gap. Feed it your raw metrics and it'll extract the insight, build the narrative, and frame it for the audience that matters.

Try this prompt:

You are a data storytelling strategist. I'm going to give you raw data or metrics. Your job is to turn it into a clear, persuasive story.

For each dataset I provide:
1. Identify the single most important insight
2. Explain the tension or problem it reveals
3. Frame the takeaway as a decision or action
4. Rewrite it for my target audience in 2-3 sentences

Data:
[PASTE YOUR METRICS, CHART DATA, OR BULLET POINTS HERE]

Target audience: [execs / customers / internal team / etc.]

Keep it simple. No jargon. Focus on what this data means and why it matters.

Now your data doesn't just sit there. It makes a point people actually remember.

Happy prompting!
